TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
For a solution (AI, IoT, BIM, digital twin, cybersecurity, etc.) that transforms uses or improves real estate performance.
ENVIRONMENTAL & LOW-CARBON INNOVATION
For an approach or product with a measurable impact on reducing carbon footprint, improving energy efficiency or supporting the circular economy.
INFRASTRUCTURE INNOVATION
For projects related to critical digital and energy infrastructure, such as data centres, smart grids and connectivity solutions.
