A showcase for innovation in the industry, the SIMI Innovation Awards recognise the most promising solutions supporting the major transformations shaping the real estate sector. They spotlight the tools and approaches that create value, improve performance and address the challenges of tomorrow.
Organised with the support of FEI (Fédération des Entreprises Immobilières), the SIMI Philanthropy and Solidarity in the City Awards recognise initiatives and forms of support that may take the form of financial contributions, in-kind donations or the provision of expertise and skills. These actions, carried out directly by companies or through support for an organisation, serve the public interest by helping to humanise the city, identify its needs and provide meaningful support.
