For the second year running, the Connected Buildings & Territories Forum, supported by its exclusive partner DESKEO, will run for three days in the heart of SIMI. It is an incredible opportunity for construction, energy and IT trades, as well as the property industry in general and local authorities, to harness the benefits of the technological revolution underway in building and territorial development.
Plenary Session – Connected Buildings & Territories Forum 2018, Thursday 6 December 2018 from 1100 to 1230, in the Salle des Evénements (level 3)

- The Connected buildings, solidarity and humanity in buildings charter, one year later.
Last year during the first Connected Buildings & Territories forum the “Connected buildings, solidarity and humanity in buildings” charter was drawn up and signed jointly by the Smart Buildings Alliance for Smart Cities (SBA) and the Alliance HQE-GBC. The charter’s purpose is to encourage voluntary endeavours for the development of connected and communicative buildings in France. What is the initial feedback from actions taken? What are the good practices and the possible avenues of progress in the field? What evolutions in the charter can be expected such as the definition of a new framework of trust between landlords and tenants or a Europe-wide extension of the charter? What opportunities arise from connected buildings? What are their limits?
