SIMI 2017 conference proceedings

Foreword

Dear Madam, Sir,

On December 6, 7 and 8, 2017, for the 16th year running, the commercial real estate trade show SIMI took place in the Palais de Congrès in Paris. More than 30,000 industry professionals and almost 47 companies and public authorities gathered together for three days.

The show was a unique opportunity for the real estate industry to share opinions and take part in debates. More than 100 conferences and debates in 9 theme tracks were held at SIMI, providing participants an unprecedented wealth of information about markets, players, trends and the latest property news.

Please find below a summary of the 9 conferences organized by SIMI, the plenary session organized jointly with Fondation Palladio and the first Connected Buildings and Territories Forum. These summaries were prepared by 2017-2018 students from DESup Paris P 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

We hope you enjoy reading these reports.
